We are looking for an Executive Assistant.

Poste :

Position summary :
  • Provide highly effective administrative support to Principals and Partner.   
  • Proactively manage calendars, meetings, travel, timesheets & expenses and ad hoc requirements.  
  • Streamline workload to achieve leading performance.   
Job responsabilities :
  • Organizational support for Principals and Partner  
  • Effective management of Principals/Partner time and Independent schedule of the calendars  
  • Organization of meetings and events  
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail  
  • Communication interface with clients and consulting team  
  • Travel management: organize all business related travel and logistics (flights, transfers, accommodation, visa)  
  • Managing timesheets and expenses   
  • Strong working relationship with other EAs, Office Coordinators, Case teams, Reception
  • Replacement of other EAs in case of illness, vacation and absence  

Profil recherché :

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both English and French languages required (Arabic is an asset).
  • Mastery of the Office Pack : Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
