Varroc Lighting Systems renforce sa présence à l’heure où elle établit un centre de fabrication et de développement de produits au Maroc. Ce projet est la dernière étape en date de l’initiative de l’entreprise visant à renforcer ses capacités à l’international en tant que grand développeur et fabricant de systèmes d’éclairage extérieur de prochaine génération destinés à l’industrie automobile.
Cette usine sera située dans la « Tanger Automotive City », un grand centre industriel offrant des liens essentiels avec l’Europe du Sud grâce au « Tanger-Med Port », l’un des plus grands ports d’Afrique. Une fois construits, l’usine et le centre de développement devraient créer des centaines d’emplois pour toute une série de fonctions. Ces installations ont été annoncées lors d’une cérémonie qui s’est tenue le 11 décembre 2017 à Casablanca sous l’égide de Son Altesse royale le roi Mohammed VI.

Product Development Human Ressources Specialist

We are  looking for a Product Development Human Ressources Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for whole recruitment process (CV selection, job posting, interviews, candidate feedback, job offer letters, etc.) for Product Development department.
  • Active search of candidates (LinkedIn, jobs database, etc.) for PD department.
  • Responsible for recruitment strategy for PD department.
  • Cooperation with personal agencies.
  • Responsible for hiring documentation for HR generalists.
  • Responsible for university cooperation for PD department.
  • Conduct regular needs analysis to identify department performance gaps; recommend appropriate
  • strategies to address gaps and improve business outcomes for PD department.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications for PD department.
  • Design and develop training solutions for PD department.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager on communication and implementation new projects for PD department.
  • Interact with field organization to coordinate training activities for PD department.
  • Complies with all job-related safety and other training requirements.
  • Responsible for foreign employment for PD department.
  • Participation in HR projects specially PD side.
  • Responsibility for the area of personnel administration for PD department
  • PD HR Data management in the HR system.
  • Performs other HR duties in PD department as assigned.
  • HR Reporting for PD Department.
Qualification Requirements:
1.University degree in Human Resources or Management  
2.Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
3.Experienced in recruitment of technical positions min. 3 years
4.Manufacturing experience preferred
5.Good knowledge of legislation related to payroll accounting, incl Labour Code

PD Electronics Manager

Responsibilites
Responsible for leading the team and responsible for team results/goals
Responsible for the tasks distribution/tracking and prioritizing
Team development (Training plans, Skill matrix, etc.)
Goals setting and evaluation
Leading the solving process of critical product/project/ process issues with internal/external customers and suppliers

Education Requirement(s)
University degree (BAC + 5)
Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills (global role)
Fluent English and French is a must
Experience Requiremens
Min. 5 years of experience in similar position
Experience in Engineering in global company with its own development (R&D)
The ability to plan and lead the team for design while meeting deadlines, quality and cost requirements
Control internal processes
Manage cost improvement actions for his/her portfolio
