Project Manager Service Wind Power (248162)

 Au sein de notre Entité « Power Generations Services Wind Power » et en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Service Eolien,

- Vous pilotez les contrats de maintenance des parcs Eoliens dont vous avez la charge afin de garantir le respect de nos engagements contractuels et l'atteinte de nos objectifs en termes de performance et de qualité.

- Vous intervenez comme support opérationnel et vous encadrez les équipes de maintenance des sites dont vous avez la charge.

- Vous assurez, avec les Responsables des sites, le suivi des sous-traitants et fournisseurs.

- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur de nos clients pour la réalisation de nos contrats de maintenance et établissez les rapports mensuels des sites.

- Vous supervisez les problématiques techniques des sites dont vous avez la charge en lien avec les clients et la maison mère.

A ce titre, des missions techniques et d'organisation globale à l'ensemble de l'activité Service vous sont confiées.

 Au-delà de ces attributions,

- Vous êtes garant du respect des processus définis par  la maison mère.

- Pour les sites dont vous avez la charge, vous êtes en charge du reporting technique auprès du Responsable Service Eolien et de la maison mère.

 Ce poste ouvert en CDI, à pourvoir dès que possible, est basé à Casablanca et nécessite des déplacements réguliers sur l'ensemble du Maroc.

 Profil recherché
 De formation supérieure (Bac+5),

- Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la gestion de contrats et d'opérations de maintenance ainsi que dans le management d'équipe.

- Vos aptitudes à la communication vous permettent de développer des relations privilégiées avec nos équipes Service, nos clients et la maison mère.

- Vous avez le sens des priorités et votre leadership vous permet de fédérer nos équipes sur sites.

- Un niveau d'anglais courant (écrit et oral) est requis pour ce poste.

Project Logistics Professional (250849)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
·         Responsible for all Project logistics coordination from Order to Delivery
·         Conduct various activities of logistics coordination in conjunction with a cross functional Project Team.
·         Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments including departure and arrival confirmations, customs clearance instructions, PODs …
·         Coordinate transportation of commodities from local or off-shore locations to warehouses, storage facilities and or final customers / Projects sites
·         Ensure cost effective logistics including carrier (or mode) selection, rate negotiating, delivery reporting, inter-facility transfers, finished goods outbound shipments, and reverse logistics
·         Ensure adherence to Export control and customs Laws and Regulations, and Corporate policies and procedures as applies to all importation and exportation of material, systems, and service returns.
·         Develop and properly maintain all files, documents, and records to support all regulatory audit criteria.
·         Review and audit landed cost bills and analyze costs, quality, and delivery for continuous improvements
·         Provide timely responses to customs requests/notices, and all internal requests regarding classification, duty rates, documentation requirements, or other import regulations.
·         Create, update and distribute logistics activities reports.

Qualifications Education, Experience and Skills:
·         Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Logistics or Supply Chain
·         Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain
·         Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP
·         Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must
·         Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
·         Ability to work in a team environment
·         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Fluent in English, French and Arabic
·         Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word and Excel, databases, and programs
·         Demonstrate ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers

Customer Service Engineer (250140)


Mission : Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Completes broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others (after PM100).
* Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
* Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
* Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
* Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management (partly before PM100).
* Adheres to relevant processes and regulations.
* May manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery.
* May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.
* The position is based in Fes, and will be responsible for the northern and eastern region of Morocco
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  •  A Technical or University Degree in Electronics, biomedicale or equivalent in a relevant life science subject.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • A high degree of computer literacy with knowledge relating to currently approved software and operating systems, networks, and connectivity.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.
  • A thorough knowledge of company procedures, policies, mission, vision and values.
  • Ability to sell, good teaching skills, good team worker
  • A relevant professional experience in Imagerie expertise Minimum of 5 Years  
  • Ability to manage equipments and systems installations following the company guidelines and procedures
  • English, French and Arabic language skills
  • Innovative and result and quality oriented.
